Data control & privacy

All customer data—including vector embeddings—is stored in an EU-only virtual-private-cloud. Access is time-limited, audited and restricted to a handful of security-cleared employees.

You may delete your workspace at any time from Settings → Privacy → Delete Workspace or email privacy@inai.fr; all backups are purged within 30 days in line with GDPR Art. 17.

All intellectual-property rights in content produced through your workspace remain yours; inAi only stores transient usage logs for stability.

Data Protection Officer: dpo@inai.fr.

Enterprise customers may request on-prem or dedicated EU-cloud deployment (‘bring-your-own-model’) for sensitive IP or national-security restrictions.

These conditions may be updated at any time before or after official product launch.

For full details, see our Global Privacy Policy and Cookie & Tracking Technologies Policy.

Email Compliance & Anti-Spam Policy

  • inAi sends email only to individuals or organisations who initiate contact.
  • Automated notifications require double opt-in confirmation.
  • Hard-bounce or complaint addresses are suppressed within minutes.
  • Users can request data deletion or stop communications by replying "REMOVE".

Security and AI compliance

inAi products are built on a GDPR-first architecture hosted exclusively in EU data centres (or, for enterprise deployments, on your own infrastructure). We implement:

End-to-end encryption of data in transit and at rest;

Granular role-based access control and full audit trails for every agent action;

Capabilities designed to support tagging against regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU Reg 1169/2011, FSMA, GMP+); available for enterprise pilots or on the roadmap.

These conditions may be updated at any time before or after official product launch.

A more detailed, non-contractual description of our security and AI-governance measures is available in the Security & Data Protection Overview (Trust).
